Terms of Service

Nest (operated by Crow Inc.) Effective Date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nest desktop application and the website at myturnstone.ai, provided by Crow Inc. ("Nest," "we," "us"). By using Nest, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Nest is a local-first desktop application that lets you work with AI agents on your own files and, optionally, on third-party services you connect (such as Gmail). Nest performs actions on your behalf based on the instructions you give it.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register.

3. Connected Services

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Nest to access that service on your behalf to carry out your requests. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service's own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nest to violate any law, infringe others' rights, access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for the tasks you direct the agent to perform.

5. AI Output

Nest uses AI models that can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. Nest is a tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

Nest and its underlying software are owned by Crow Inc. You retain ownership of your own files and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and carry out your requests.

7. Disclaimers

Nest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crow Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nest.

9. Termination

You may stop using Nest at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nest after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
